Mailvah operates fundamentally as a bare-metal infrastructure provider, not a data broker. We do not aggregate, analyze, or resell any CRM data or CSV assets uploaded to our platform.

All data processed through the V3.2 Heuristic Engine or stored in the Vault is encrypted using 256-bit AES standards and is isolated entirely to your specific cryptographic User ID.

2. The Information We Collect

• Account Information: We collect your email address, name, and encrypted password upon node creation.
• Billing Information: Payments are securely processed via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, Flutterwave). Mailvah does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Infrastructure Logs: We collect basic telemetry data (IP address, browser type, API request volume) to monitor network health and prevent abuse.

3. GDPR Compliance & Right to Erasure

Mailvah acts as a "Data Processor" regarding the leads you verify. We process this information under the legal basis of "Legitimate Interest" for B2B communications.

You maintain total control over your data. You may execute a 1-click purge from within the Command Center at any time, which permanently deletes all uploaded lists, API logs, and Vault archives from our servers.

4. Heuristic Verification Ethics

When executing verification protocols, Mailvah utilizes Port 25 SMTP handshakes to communicate with recipient mail servers. We simulate delivery to map firewalls, but we terminate the connection prior to payload transmission. No unsolicited emails, tracking pixels, or spam are ever dispatched by our engine during the verification process.
