Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026 • Donmican Technology Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or deploying nodes on Mailvah (operated by Donmican Technology Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Mailvah provides enterprise-grade outbound infrastructure, including API verification, lead extraction, and domain monitoring.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Mailvah is engineered exclusively for ethical B2B outbound communications. You agree that you will not use our network or API infrastructure to:

  • Facilitate phishing, malware distribution, or illegal activities.
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local communication laws.
  • Intentionally overload, spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer our node architecture.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend accounts found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without refund.

3. Credit Economics & Rollover

Mailvah utilizes two primary computing resources: Integrity Credits (Wash) and Discovery Credits (Hunt). Unlike legacy platforms, any unused credits at the end of a billing cycle will roll over indefinitely, provided you maintain an active, paid subscription.

If you cancel your subscription and downgrade to the Sandbox (Free) tier, any accumulated credits will be forfeited at the end of your current billing period.

4. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand entirely behind the accuracy of our V3.2 Heuristic Engine. If our infrastructure fails to reduce your hard bounce rate below 1% (when exclusively emailing targets marked as "Safe" by our system), you may contact our support team within 30 days of your initial paid subscription for a full, unconditional refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mailvah provides data verification and extraction "as is." While we guarantee 99.9% uptime on Enterprise tiers and strive for maximum accuracy, Donmican Technology Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, including temporary domain blacklisting or third-party CRM failures.
